This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to purchases made through www.mapyourfinance.com, a digital platform owned and operated by The Trustee for ABDULLA FAMILY TRUST doing business as Map Your Finance (ABN 78 913 852 862) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs both:

  • the purchase of digital products, including downloadable spreadsheet files and online resources; and
  • the purchase of subscriptions and lifetime licenses to our web application delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product.

By purchasing any product or service from our website, you agree to the terms set out in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Final Sale Policy

Upon successful completion of your purchase and payment clearance, our digital products—including spreadsheet downloads and resource materials—are considered “used.” As such, all transactions are final and non-refundable, and items are not exchangeable, due to the intangible nature of the goods, except as required under applicable law.

Non-Delivery

If, by any chance, you do not receive your digital product download link promptly after purchase, please contact us using the details provided on our website. To assist with delivery, kindly include your transaction or payment reference when reaching out.


2. WEB-BASED APPLICATION

Lifetime License

Lifetime Licenses to our web application are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscription Management

Subscriptions to our web application are processed securely through Stripe. Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting support.

Access After Cancellation

When a user cancels their subscription:

  • No further billing cycles will be charged.
  • The user will retain full access to the web application until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, access will automatically terminate unless a new subscription is started.

Refunds

All Subscription and Lifetime License charges are final and non-refundable, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.


3. CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN LAW

If any supply under this Cancellation and Refund Policy constitutes a supply of goods or services to a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law, nothing in this Cancellation and Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law, the exercise of any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or the imposition of any liability on us under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law permits limitations on liability, our liability is limited to the cost of supplying the goods or services again.

In this Cancellation and Refund Policy, “Australian Consumer Law” refers to the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as amended or replaced from time to time.


4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

We process all transactions related to intangible items through SSL-encrypted payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe. These secure gateways support a wide range of credit and debit cards from various countries. Please note that we do not retain your personal financial information during the transaction process.


5. RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify any part of this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, including pricing, technical specifications, purchase terms, or service offerings, without prior notice.
