End-user License Agreement

1. Definitions

In this Agreement:

"Agreement" means this End-user License Agreement as amended from time to time.
“License Key” means the license key emailed to You for application registration.
"mapyourfinance.com" means the owner and licensor of the Template – The Trustee for ABDULLA FAMILY TRUST, doing business as MAP YOUR FINANCE.

"Single Use" means the use of the Template and Your License Key for single use only solely by You for non-commercial purposes, and for the avoidance of doubt specifically excludes sub-licensing purposes.

"Template" means any template purchased and downloaded from mapyourfinance.com’s website.

“You” and “Your” means you – the end-user and licensee.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, mapyourfinance.com grants You a personal, non-exclusive , non-transferable license to use the Template and Your License Key for Single Use only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (“License”). This License does not grant any rights to adapt, modify, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Template in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

3. License Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or making the Template and Your License Key available to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Template may result in legal action by mapyourfinance.com.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Template is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. mapyourfinance.com does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Template. By using this Template, you agree that it is your responsibility to verify its accuracy and appropriateness for your specific situation. mapyourfinance.com is not liable for any errors, omissions, or issues related to third-party software or data integrations used in conjunction with this Template.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mapyourfinance.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Template.
6. Changes to Terms

mapyourfinance.com reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on mapyourfinance.com’s website .

7. Termination

mapyourfinance.com may by written notice immediately terminate the License in the event You breach a term of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Template and Your License Key.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. No Assignment

You may not assign or attempt to assign or otherwise transfer or encumber any right or obligation arising out of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement and its subject matter are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with this Agreement and its subject matter.

By using the Template, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
