End-user License Agreement

By using the Template, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement:

"Agreement" means this End-user License Agreement as amended from time to time;
"License Key" means the license key emailed to You for application registration;
"Single Use" means the use of the Template and Your License Key for single use only solely by You for non-commercial purposes, and specifically excludes sub-licensing purposes;
"Template" means any spreadsheet template purchased and downloaded from the Website;
“We”, “Us” or “Our” means The Trustee for ABDULLA FAMILY TRUST doing business as Map Your Finance (ABN 78 913 852 862) – the owner and licensor of the Template;
“Website” means mapyourfinance.com; and
"You" and "Your" means you – the end-user and licensee.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template and Your License Key for Single Use only in accordance with this Agreement ("License"). This License does not grant rights to adapt, modify, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Template in any form.

3. License Restrictions

You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or making the Template and License Key available to third parties. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Template is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. You agree to verify appropriateness for your specific situation. We are not liable for errors or issues with third-party software.

5. Variation

We may vary this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website, and material revisions will be notified via email. Your continued use of the Template after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you disagree, you must cease using the Template immediately.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the License, with or without notice, in the event You breach a term of this Agreement or otherwise as required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities. All rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Template and Your License Key.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. No Assignment

You may not assign or attempt to assign or otherwise transfer or encumber any right or obligation arising out of this Agreement. 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement and its subject matter are governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia and You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with this Agreement and its subject matter.
